Yesterday was a beautiful day at False River. Shorts and T-shirts were the order of the day with temperature in the 70's , wind at 10-12. We were treated to Monique's special salad and dessert, Marie's Tomato Bisque and cherry pie, and Ermyne's peach cobbler. We had 8 boats in the water, were able to run 2 races and generally had a great day. We are looking forward to next Sunday for another successful day of racing, good food and fellowship. I will send a reminder with the main course menu later in the week. Thanks to all who participated, from preparing food, running races, sailing or just being there. Let's continue to increase participation. It's the best time of the year.
